Letter Confusion

Many children with dyslexic type difficulties persist in confusing similar looking letters such as b and d, u and g or y, p and q, which can make even 'correctly' spelt words harder to decipher.  This can be due to visual stress (see Visual Stress section of the website).  They can be supported by having a b/d/p card to refer to.

The iPad app, LetterReflex, from Dexteria is a fun way of learning to overcome letter reversals.
